Lawrence Community Orchard is a community garden in Douglas County that contains more than 100 productive woody plants of around 30 species. Every Tuesday evening in June from 6:30 to 8:30 pm and July 8th from 10 am to 1 pm, volunteers are invited to help maintain the community through weeding, learning about fruit tree care and gardening, and eating the produce.
