Description

Come to the outdoor space outside of Daisy Hill Commons and enjoy yoga hosted by one of our program coordinators. This event will consist of a series of poses and end with a mediation session that will last for 5 to 10 minutes. This event will be accessible for all yoga-levels and a great way to support your wellness by engaging in mindful movement. 

 

We encourage you all to bring towels, but the event will be held on the grass if you are unable to do so!
