Super Service Saturday is an annual one-day volunteering event hosted by the Center for Community Outreach (CCO), an organization that functions to promote volunteerism and advocacy in Douglas County! Super Service Saturday is the CCO's largest fall event that works to engage students with service early in the year!
This year the event is happening on Saturday August 26th from 9:00am-2:00pm, with check-in starting at 9:00 am and programming at 10:00 am. Groups of volunteers will be spread out amongst various sites in Lawrence. KU transportation will be provided to and from the volunteering sites. Super Service Saturday is a great opportunity to kick off the school year by connecting with fellow students and giving back to the community!!
