The National MS Society is hosting its’40th Annual Bike MS: Kansas City September 23- 24 to raise funds for research for a cure for Multiple Sclerosis. Cyclists will ride from Garmin (Olathe, KS) to Douglas County Fairgrounds (Lawrence, KS) on Saturday, then back to Garmin on Sunday.
KU students are needed at Douglas County Fairgrounds in Lawrence to help with various roles throughout the event: Event Set Up/Tear Down, Volunteer Check-In, Bike Compound, Spirit Team. Food Service, and more. Shift Times vary. Volunteers will receive breakfast or lunch (depending on their shift time) and a commemorative volunteer t-shirt.
