Katharine Hayhoe
Join the Commons & CCO for a conversation with atmospheric scientist, author, and educator Katharine Hayhoe. Following Dr. Hayhoe's lecture on April 27, this event offers a chance to ask questions and share ideas and is moderated by Megan Kaminski, associate professor of English and poet, and Ali Brox, assistant teaching professor in the Environmental Studies Program.
We are beyond excited to facilitate a space for students to engage with a leading Atmospheric Scientist whose work has resulted in over 125 peer-reviewed papers, abstracts, and other publications and key reports, including the U.S. Global Change Research Program's Second National Climate Assessment; the U.S. National Academy of Science report, and the 2014 Third National Climate Assessment.
