Furniture Moving Assistance

A local elderly resident is looking for help to move furniture on Saturday, Nov 21st from 2-4pm. Volunteers should be able to lift/move normal furniture items, but will not be required to lift large items without assistance of other volunteers. Volunteers will also need to provide their own transportation to Babcock Place retirement apartments, which is about a 5 minute drive from the Union. Please send a complete driving waiver to hug@ku.edu before the event if plan on participating.
