If you enjoy working with children while also supporting literacy in the Lawrence community, consider volunteering at the Plymouth Language Program through CCO's Project Bridge!
The Plymouth Language Program is a weekly class that helps speakers of other languages enhance their conversational skills. Child Care Volunteers are needed to help provide care for children as their parents attend class from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Once you respond to the need, please complete this brief background check and bring it to Plymouth on your first day of volunteering. The background check is needed for safety purposes and is required to volunteer with children. Email the Project Bridge coordinators with any questions at pbridge@ku.edu.
