A team of 4 or more volunteers would be a great help to this individual. Assistance will be needed on 9/15/18 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. If there are volunteers who would like to help but are not available during this time he could also use help packing (1 or 2 hours) his belongings throughout the week of 9/8/18-9/15/18 - he is flexible on availability.
I am a Case Manager at BNC and I have an adult client with physical disabilities who needs assistance moving boxes from within his home into a U-haul on the street. This individual is on a strict deadline and is struggling to complete this task on his own. He has limited resources and few natural supports (friends and family) in town. If this task is not completed by 9/16/2018 this individual is at risk of becoming homeless or arrested. I can attest that this is a safe and friendly environment.
