Spend time with the children at the Lawrence Community Shelter! Volunteers will provide childcare services, play games with the children, and help clean up the family room in the shelter.
Volunteers are needed at the shelter every Tuesday and Thursday. Upon arrival, please check-in at the front desk and ask for a volunteer name badge. Volunteers are NOT allowed to enter the Shelter without a name badge on. Once you have received your name badge, ask for Dianne, who will lead you back to the family room. Volunteers should not be wandering through the shelter by themselves.
