Come join Ability Advocates and Cottonwood to get a nice mid-day stretch and relax! Volunteers will be expected to participate in a yoga class alongside individuals from Cottonwood, helping them as needed and making sure everyone is having a good time. This event takes place on 3/23/26 in the Aerobic Studio of the Ambler Rec Center.
