ITSW: Storytime and Crafts with Ballard Center

Come join CREATE at the Ballard Center for our story time and crafts volunteering event! Volunteers will assist in reading a book (The Rainbow Fish) to two classrooms of 5-year-olds and help them with a fun, rainbow fish themed craft! This event will be held on Thursday, April 24th from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm, but we ask that volunteers show up at the Ballard Center at 3:15 pm to prepare for the event. The address for the event is 708 Elm St. Lawrence, KS, 66044. If you are in need of transportation, Bus Blue 6 can be taken to get to this location, which is across the Kansas River.
