Every Wednesday while KU is in session, the Ecumenical Campus Ministries (ECM) needs volunteers to come help prepare a free vegan lunch, which is served the following Thursday.
Veggie Lunch prep begins every Wednesday at 3:00 pm and usually takes about 2 hours. Volunteers can sign up for any or all of the one hour shifts. for the day! Veggie Lunch is served
At Wednesday shifts, volunteers will help with food prep - mostly cutting vegetables - and with storage and cleanup afterwards.
Thursdays from 9:30-2 volunteers will help set up serve, and clean up veggie lunch
