Home Works USA Community is designed to help emerging adults confidently transition from foster care into thriving adulthood through the creation of a replicable model community. We believe “Home Works, Nature Helps, and Services Matter.” In addition to stable and affordable housing, we add the right support and the healing impact of nature to enhance our residents’ well-being as they prepare for their lives ahead.
If you are interested in supporting our work, we invite you to become a volunteer with Home Works USA! Volunteers must be at least 10 years old (accompanied by an adult if under the age of 18) and supply references when they submit their application. Current opportunities available include construction, gardening, trail maintenance, work in the fruit orchard, driving the resident transportation shuttle, on-site maintenance work, public relations, and volunteering to teach special skills to residents.
