Every Wednesday while KU is in session, the Ecumenical Campus Ministries (ECM) needs volunteers to come help prepare a free vegan lunch, which is served the following Thursday.
Veggie Lunch prep begins every Wednesday at 4:00 pm and usually takes about 3 hours. Volunteers can sign up for any or all of the one hour shifts. for the day! Veggie Lunch is served
At Wednesday shifts, volunteers will help with food prep - mostly cutting vegetables - and with storage and cleanup afterwards.
Thursdays at 10, volunteers will help set up for the veggie lunch. And at 1 and 2, they will help put food away and clean up.
