Claire’s Community offers a suite of violence prevention programs to teach safe and healthy relationship skills; engage and equip influential adults and peers; disrupt pathways to relationship violence; and create proactive, protective, and safe communities.
This indoor activity is best described as a field day with minute-to-win-it games and is a fabulous way to have fun and win prizes with your chosen team! Enjoy some free popcorn and lemonade, purchase some delicious homemade food, or grab a drink at the bar while you play.

Set-Up (Noon – 2 PM) – 10 volunteers - These volunteers will set up the activities, registration, photo of the booth area, awards stage, team tables, and other areas as needed for this event.
Sign-In & Registration (1 PM – 2 PM) – 4 volunteers - These volunteers will check in with team captains, making sure that all team members are listed by the captain, creating a name badge for each team member, and ensuring that all paperwork has been completed and all registrations are paid in full.
Game Set-Up Volunteer (1:30 PM – 5 PM) – 10 Volunteers - This group will be setting up the next game in one or more of the game areas while another game is being played elsewhere.
Game Watcher Volunteers (1:30 PM – 5 PM) – 10 volunteers - This group will be watching the participants play the games and ensuring that the rules are followed as well as indicating who or which team comes in 1st, 2nd and 3rd, then will escort the person/team to the stage for their awards.
Prize and Awards Volunteers (1:30 PM – 5 PM) – 4 Volunteers - This group will be in charge if tracking, which teams have won which place for every game, will be providing the award/prize after each game, and ensure that each group/person gets their picture taken while on stage. They will also be in charge of laying out the awards for distribution and that the correct team receives their award medals.
Popcorn & Water (1:15 PM – 4 PM) – 2 Volunteers - These volunteers will be in charge of making sure there is plenty of popcorn and water for the participants, volunteers, etc.
Photographer / Videographer (1:30 PM – 5:30 PM) – 4 Volunteers - This is a skilled volunteer position, and they will need to bring their own equipment (phones with high quality pictures). One photographer will be taking photos at the photobooth as participants and others request, the second photographer will be taking action shots and award shots throughout the event. The videographer will be taking live action videos throughout the event, and some photos if able.
Clean-up (4:30 PM – 5:30 PM) – 20 Volunteers - This group will assist in cleaning up the area at the end of the event and games so that all things have been properly put back, no trash has been left in the area, and any equipment and supplies have been properly organized, stored, and taken to vehicles for transportation back to the Claire’s Community Office.
